Are there any DJI Mini 5 Pro Black Friday bundles this year?

Does anyone know if there are actually gonna be any legit DJI Mini 5 Pro Black Friday bundles this year because I keep looking and I feel like Im losing my mind? Ive been trying to plan this out for my trip to the Olympic Peninsula in late December—finally getting out of the city for a bit—and I really wanted to have a solid drone setup to catch the fog over the trees but the pricing is just all over the place. I have about $1000 saved up which I thought would be enough for a Fly More combo if there was a decent sale but everything I see online right now is just the standard MSRP and it’s stressing me out.

I did some digging and saw a few threads on some drone forums saying that DJI basically never discounts their newest flagship minis during the first holiday season, but then I saw a YouTube video claiming that Costco might have a special 'bundle' with the RC 2 controller and an extra battery for way cheaper. But then when I went to the Costco site I couldnt find anything except the Mini 4 Pro bundle which isnt what I want... or maybe it is? I dont know. Some people say the 4 Pro is basically the same but I really want the better sensors on the 5 because I'm terrified of crashing it into a hemlock tree or something.

I checked B&H and Adorama too and they have these 'Value Bundles' but honestly its just like a free lens cloth and a cheap carrying case that looks like it would fall apart if you breathed on it wrong so it doesnt really feel like a Black Friday deal at all. Does DJI usually wait until the actual Friday to drop the real prices or is what we see now on their 'Holiday Gift Guide' basically it? I’m worried that if I wait too long it’ll go on backorder and I won’t have it before I leave on the 20th. Kinda feels like a gamble at this point tbh and I just want to know if I should pull the trigger now or keep waiting for a price drop that might not even happen.

so i’ve been using this kit lens on my Z6II for like ever now and honestly im just so fed up with it like the focus is so slow and it keeps hunting whenever i try to get shots of birds or even just my dog in the backyard and its making me want to throw the whole thing in a lake tbh. i mean i love the camera body its great for travel and stuff but these lenses are just so expensive and i feel like i keep missing the good shots because i dont have the right glass yet. i’m really looking for something like the 100-400mm or maybe even a 70-200 if the price drops enough but the prices are just insane right now and im not a pro so i cant really justify $2k on a single lens. i’ve been saving up for months but my budget is still kinda tight around $1200 max if the deal is actually worth it. anyway i know its a bit early but im already stressing about black friday 2026 like does anyone know which retailers usually have the deepest cuts on nikon z glass specifically? like is it better to wait for b&h or just go straight through nikon because i cant deal with this kit lens anymore it’s driving me crazy...

so im basically obsessing over the z8 right now because im planning this huge wildlife trip to costa rica in early 2027 and i really wanna have the gear sorted way before then but honestly prices are just all over the place. i was looking at some old threads on dpreview and people were saying the z8 might see a massive drop once a z9ii or something comes out but i havent seen anything concrete for the 2026 holiday season specifically. im trying to stay under like $3400 for a bundle with maybe the 24-120mm lens because i dont want to carry a million things through the rainforest tbh and that lens seems like the sweet spot. i saw some refurbished deals on the nikon site recently but they sell out so fast it makes my head spin and i kinda missed the boat on the last spring sale. im based in oregon so i dont have sales tax which helps the budget a bit but im just worried that by late 2026 the bundles might actually be worse if they start pushing a newer body instead or if stock just gets low. do you guys think the big retailers like bh or adorama usually do better bundles for black friday or should i be looking at more niche shops to find a real steal? has anyone heard any early whispers about what nikon is planning for their 2026 promos?

I finally pulled the trigger on a Nikon Z8 but now I'm literally shaking looking at lens prices like omg. im really stressing about this build ive been saving up for like a year now and black friday is coming up and i just dont know which way to go. i saw some benchmarks saying nvidia is still king for like professional work and stuff and i do some light video editing for my job but then i read on a forum that amd is way better value for just pure gaming performance and they give you way more vram which sounds better for the long term right? my budget is around 750 bucks and im staying on windows but im worried if i go amd ill miss out on the fancy ray tracing stuff or if nvidia is just overpriced marketing... should i stick with the reliability of nvidia or is amd actually the play in 2026?

I've been doing some digging into when the Avata 3 might actually drop because the Avata 2 is decent, but I really need those rumored sensor upgrades for the low-light indoor real estate tours I do here in London. I checked a few leak sites and some older Reddit threads, but most of them are just speculating based on the 2-year release cycle (Avata 1 in 2022, Avata 2 in early 2024).

If that pattern holds, we're likely looking at a Spring 2026 release, but I'm trying to figure out if it's even worth holding out for Black Friday 2026 or if DJI usually keeps the newest tech at full price for the first year.
