Where can I find the best DJI Mavic 4 Pro Black Friday deals?

Honestly, I'm getting so frustrated with the timing of this release cycle. I’ve been flying the Mavic series since the version 2—my Mavic 3 has been an absolute workhorse for my landscape business—but I’ve got this huge trip to Iceland booked for mid-December and I really want the Mavic 4 Pro for those low-light winter shots. My current M3 had a bit of a run-in with some salt spray in Portugal last year and the sensors have been acting flaky ever since (it constantly thinks there is an obstacle in open air), so I really need an upgrade before I head out.

So I've been digging through every forum and leak site I can find. I saw a post on a DJI subreddit saying that they might not even discount the 4 since it's so new, and another thread on a tech blog suggested that retailers like B&H or Adorama might do "indirect" deals—you know, like throwing in a fast SD card or a hard case instead of a straight price cut. My logic was that if I wait until the actual Black Friday weekend, I might save $200, but then I risk it being backordered and not having it in time for my flight on the 12th.

I'm trying to stay under a $2,500 budget for the Fly More combo with the high-end controller. I checked some of those "Deal Tracker" sites, but they mostly just link to the Mavic 3 Classic or the Mini 4 Pro, which isn't what I'm looking for. Does anyone know a specific authorized dealer that historically includes brand-new flagship releases in their holiday sales? Or am I just chasing a ghost here?

Oh, I also checked if Best Buy does price protection on DJI gear—apparently, they’re super stingy with drones because of the activation stuff, so buying now and hoping for a refund later seems risky. Just feels like I'm stuck between overpaying now or missing the boat entirely for my trip. Anyone seen any legitimate leaks for the Mavic 4 specifically for this month?

^ This. ngl, check local hobby shops for DJI Mavic 4 Pro Fly More Combo.

  • Pay the $2,499 MSRP now.
  • Smaller shops lowkey avoid the backorder queues seen at B&H.

Rarely post but—wait—here is the move:

  • Buy DJI Mavic 4 Pro Fly More Combo at B&H.
  • Use the Payboo card.

It wipes the tax (instantly!)—which saves you $200 without waiting for sales.

Look. DJI doesn't discount new flagships right after launch. You won't see a price drop this year. Check these for bundle value:

  • DJI Mavic 4 Pro Fly More Combo
  • B&H Photo DJI Bundles Listen. A glitchy drone is a liability. Buy it the day it drops. Shipping delays will ruin your Iceland trip if you wait for a discount that isn't coming.
