What AMD Radeon GPU deals should I look out for this Black Friday 2026? Im honestly so fed up with my current card stuttering during gaming and editing and I just wanna switch. I need something under $500 and it cant be too long or it wont fit my case, its just been a total nightmare lately...

honestly everyone is gonna tell u to grab the newest mid-range card but i bet those reviews are totally inflated by people who havent even owned them for a month... most of the sub $500 cards have trash cooling ngl. if u want something that actually fits and wont die in a year u gotta ignore the hype.

  • skip the triple fan Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 8700 XT even if its on sale cuz it probably wont fit ur case anyway.
  • look at the PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 8600 XT but double check the length cuz COMPACT usually means LOUD fans. everyone screams about raw benchmarks but ngl real owners usually complain about the coil whine on these "value" models... dont get baited by the marketing just cuz its a "deal".

@Reply #1 - good point! tbh size is the biggest lie in PC building — like, why are they all so massive? It's lowkey frustrating. If you're hunting under $500:

  • ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 8600 12GB — it's super compact, though the fans get whiny (idk if that bothers you).
  • Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7700 XT 12GB — wait, no — the dual-fan one is killer if it hits $350.

The ASRock is the easier fit.

@Reply #3 - good point! tbh if u are swapping parts u gotta be super CAREFUL about your power supply and case airflow...

  • just make sure u check the actual clearance specs on the manufacturer site cuz those marketing photos are lowkey misleading
  • honestly just search 'best short gpu 2026 reddit' and there is a whole spreadsheet someone made that lists every card length and tdp
  • i saw a youtube video from one of those big tech channels about this exact issue recently... just search 'gpu case fit guide 2026' and its the first result id recommend getting it professionally done or at least watching a few more teardowns if u arent 100% sure about the fit... better safe than sorry ngl
