I’ve been digging around trying to find where to snag a DJI Air 3S for Black Friday 2026—I’m finally taking a trip to the Oregon coast in December and really want those cinematic cliff shots. I did some research and saw people on old threads talking about B&H Photo and maybe Costco? But I can't tell if those deals are actually good or just "bundles" with stuff I don't need (like extra lanyards or whatever). I'm a total beginner so I have no idea where to start—sorry if this is a dumb question! I'm trying to stay under $1,200. Oh, I also saw something about "educational discounts" on the DJI site—not sure if those stack with holiday sales? Where are you guys looking?

This comes up a lot — search the forum — but anyway:
- Watch the DJI refurbished store for the DJI Air 3S.
- Skip bundles to stay under budget.

I've been through three of these Air drones—tried some 'mega bundle' years ago and it was garbage, just filler junk. For those Oregon cliffs (it's windy!), you just need basics.
- Check Costco for the DJI Air 3S return policy.
- Forget the educational stack; DJI is stingy. Wait, no—I mean they just don't allow double-dipping. Keep it simple and you'll stay under budget.
